To Be or Not to Be…Warmed Up?
With Marybeth Saunders | Ages 10 and up

Simple exercises for focus, awareness, and unity.
“I don’t need to warm up; I’ve been moving and talking all day.”
“I barely have time to grab a cheese stick between work and the theatre. I don’t have time to warm up.”
Sound familiar? By the end of this workshop you will have the why’s, how’s, what’s, and where’s necessary to build an effective warm up.
Combining cardio, gentle yoga, and vocal activities, you will leave feeling vibrantly whole and ready to roll!
This workshop is for those ages 10 and above.

Please consider a donation to the South Bend Civic Theatre!

At the South Bend Civic Theatre, we pledge to be a light to illuminate the darkness. That means that even as our stage is dark amid the COVID-19 crisis, we are still committed to bringing you theatre. We believe that arts can be healing -- and we can all use a little bit of that right now. Please consider donating to the Civic. By supporting programs like our education workshops, you are ensuring our flame will never be extinguished.
